Cyborg Sinister: Impossible Odds

The days of Cyborg Sinister were before I really joined, but he continued to hold a key place in the Challengers mythos. I chose to fuse him to Dr. Fatal to better integrate him into the Impossible Odds storyline. I hope I did a decent job of re-imagining this guy.
